I am a retired professional with 30 years of experience in corporate training and communications. I am a graduate with a keen interest in biological science. My family often refers to me as a parasite nerd due to my passion for all things ‘wormy’.

I am a qualified SQP (Suitably Qualified Person), registered with the Veterinary Medicines Directorate. This enables me to provide trusted, professional advice, as well as prescribe and supply certain veterinary medicines—including anthelmintics—for farm animals and equines.

My husband and I have a smallholding in Shropshire where we now just keep miniature donkeys and goats, having recently dispersed our flock of pedigree sheep.
